POOR EDUCATION BREEDS A DEPENDENCY SYNDROME!
Our education system is so bad and poor that, our youth lack thinking skills to handle poverty and mental slavery to believe they can be better than what the Government offers them. Our education environment should allow youth and every body else, who is unemployed to explore and risk or partake in avenues that will break barriers of bureaucracy to start any kind of business. This is where their talent and skills can best be suited to their potential and passion to excel. To showcase their unique talents is a characteristic that can only be learnt through discipline, dedication and passion to do what the heart is trained to love. South African youth need this quality practical Music Skills Education desperately! It will not come as an entitlement from the South African Constitution. It has to be earned through blood, sweat and tears. It will not fall into their lap from the sky or through inheritance. Our education system has to offer this as a priority! It is not only sad, but extremely out of context with future needs of skills that technology and industry will require 5-20 years from now. After 25 years of democracy this is incomprehensible! - Money from corruption could have better been used for at least one such purpose. High School Music Education & Training for students from Black Townships, If rugby and soccer doesn't become the only alternative? One of South Africa's biggest downfall in the education system especially basic education was to leave-out music as a subject to be taught in schools and a prerequisite (to build self-esteem) Avert Bulling. I would like to lobby for support and sponsors from around the World, UK and the USA colleges to visit South Africa to showcase the spirit of character building held by the model of a Marching Bands Crew Competitions. Help me start and establish ICOMBO! which stands for "International Colleges Marching Bands Olympics". SOUTH AFRICA SHOULD INTRODUCE MUSIC AS A SUBJECT TO FIGHT CRIME & DRUG ABUSE! This will help South Africa and other parts of the provinces' young generation build confidence and self respect. Good character and strong leadership qualities are a rare human gift. Yet positive qualities, discipline and dedication can be taught at schools to assist learners develop a focused mind and become better citizens. To enable them to be self supporting, be self-reliant to become game-changers and independent role models the future world will honour and respect. Unfortunately in the teaching fraternity, we have very few committed individuals to steer and lead the country's ship toward this new direction. Teachers Unions and the SGB's have made schools' creative input paradigm thinking; worse if not sinister and diabolically burdened with politics. Sadly enough! every citizen is grappling with corruption episodes that have paralyzed the entire society and the academic and learning environment to its core. And who has denied responsibility for all this mess and deterioration of leadership moral principles and good governance? Greed and lack of accountability has become a normal way of life. People have lost a sense of remorse for corrupt activity. I thought this song book "Birth of A Blessed Garden Volume.3 Sheet Music" can be a stepping stone to kick-start this journey of freedom to express ourselves creatively with music as the door opener. And I personally recommend Mr. Mzwandile to be one of the teachers of this rudimental music education curriculum. The gallery of photos is evident of his capability and commitment to township teaching of music to our children.
